You have to provide ACL, the IP address which has to be registered at the ACL end. An SMPP session between ACL SMPP Server and the SMPP Client is established by SMPP Client issuing a bind request to open the SMPP session. Using the same Bind type configured with ACL the session needs to be formed. Once the session is opened SMPP client can submit request to the SMPP server. Response to the same shall be provided by the SMPP server and the exact Delivery status by the Operator’s SMSC.
